Giving From a Grateful Heart
Tithes and offerings reflect a grateful heart that wants to give back to God a portion of what He has given us; in reality, what is already His. This is our opportunity to show God that He is first in our lives. James 1:17 says that “every good and perfect gift is from above …,” so we have an opportunity to tangibly show God He is the “owner” of our finances by giving back to Him the first of what He gives us. Your contributions help make possible the many ministries of Mountain Grove Chapel, both to our local community, and in our outreach around the world. Together we’re sharing God’s love in new and exciting ways! Now along with the traditional way of giving during worship service, this page gives you the opportunity to make a contribution online and through our Text to Give link. Q. Can I designate how my donation is used?
A. Yes if there is something specfic to give to there will be a tab for that ministry you can choose. Q. If we want to help people get out of debt, why does Mountain Grove Chapel accept credit card donations?
A. Used within parameters, credit cards can be an efficient tool for payments and purchases. Many people utilize them in place of checks or cash throughout the month, and then pay off the balance in full. Alot of people also use their credit card which is deducted right from their checking account. We strongly discourage those who have ongoing credit card debt from exercising a regular credit card for this option.
